From I-405 N or S, take the NE 8th Street exit heading west. We are the first building on your right after the freeway, on the corner of NE 8th and 112th Ave. NE. (11100 NE 8th Street, Suite 410). Drive just past the building on NE 8th and turn right into the parking lot (or follow the signs to drive through to the parking garage). Umpqua Bank is listed on the outside front corner of the building.
