Paul Loveridge, CPA, MBA, Tax: Paul has been with the firm since 1980 and is the senior member of the firm. Paul specializes in taxation and management consulting. From 2000 through 2003 Paul was an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University teaching Federal Partnership Taxation.
Max Hunt, CPA, MBA: Max has been with the firm since 1996. Max has served many non-profit organizations as a partner at Spaeth & Batterberry, CPAs in Ohio and at Loveridge Hunt & Co. In addition, Max is an author/instructor for the AICPA and the lead author of the PPC Guide to HUD Audits and PPC Guide to Risk-Based HUD Audits. Max is a past member of the AICPA’s Government Accounting and Auditing Committee and Not-for-profit Committee.
Craig Lisko, CPA, MBA, Tax: Craig joined Loveridge Hunt & Co. in 1994 and has served the tax department since that time. He has served as tax manager for the past several years. Craig received his BA from Pacific University and his MBA, Taxation, from Golden Gate University. On July 1, 2008, Craig was admitted to the firm as partner.

Ron Fechtner, CPA: Ron joined Loveridge Hunt & Co. in 1999 as a staff auditor and is currently an audit manager in charge of an extensive portfolio. Ron is a graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Business Administration.
Emily Marshall, CPA: Emily joined Loveridge Hunt & Co. in 2001, also served initially as a staff auditor and now serves as an audit senior and portfolio manager for several of LHCPA’s largest clients. Emily has a BS in accounting from Central Washington University.
Hani Morcos, CPA: Hani joined Loveridge Hunt & Co. in 2001, served initially as a staff auditor, and now serves as an audit supervisor and portfolio manager for several of LHCPA’s largest affordable housing real estate developers. Hani has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
